How can anybody who comments on climate issues not even know what Net Zero means?

It's good that Chris acknowledges how essential CO2 is to life on Earth.
That lesson seems to have worked.
But somehow he missed the one where his teacher told him what Net Zero is.
It's time to put that right.
What is Net Zero?

And no, it doesn't mean we don't have CO2 any more and everybody starves because plants can't grow.

If it meant what you think it does it would be called "Zero", not "Net Zero", wouldn't it?
